Shipping
UK – Free shipping on all orders over £150. Order before 1pm for delivery next working day.
US – Free express shipping on all orders over $200. For orders under $200 a $15.00 shipping charge will be applied. Delivery 2-5 working days.
Europe – €25.00. Delivery 2-5 working days.
Rest of World – Standard shipping rates apply. Please select country at checkout.
MULO is proud of its products. We believe in the quality of our goods and will not be happy until you are.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase just return it, in its original and unworn condition within 14 days from receipt and we will either send out replacement goods or refund you the purchase price.
Returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Pack the articles in its original packaging. We need to receive the goods in their original condition so please ensure goods are packaged securely.
The refund will be in the same method of payment as your order. Please allow 10-14 days for processing.
We offer the following services:
UK – £6.50 via Collect+. Free for exchanges on full priced items.
US – $15.00 for DHL collection.
Europe – €25.00 for DHL collection.
